From 13 to 15 May 2025, at Milan’s Packaging Premiere, we once again showcased the potential of expanded E.V.A. in high-end packaging. The results speak for themselves: over 250 qualified contacts—against an exhibitor average of 181—spanning cosmetics, fashion, spirits and gourmet food. The figures confirm a clear trend: brands are seeking solutions that marry aesthetics, protection and sustainability.
Selasti E.V.A.: a material that makes the difference
Soft to the touch, available in an almost limitless colour palette, naturally antibacterial and remarkably resilient, E.V.A. turns unboxing into a multisensory surprise. Compared with conventional foams it requires only a slightly higher investment, yet delivers a superior look and level of protection: E.V.A. inserts keep their shape, absorb shocks and adapt to complex geometries—from cosmetic coffrets to premium bottle boxes.

The 2025 novelty: Scented E.V.A.
Among the most popular prototypes on our stand were the Scented sheets in Lavender, Vanilla and Marseille Soap fragrances. By incorporating scents directly into the material, our E.V.A. adds a multisensory layer to the opening ritual. The extra cost is marginal, but the wow effect is immediate: the aroma is released instantly, enveloping the consumer even before the product is visible—perfect for limited editions, gift sets and special collections.
From insert to mono-material packaging
Most requests still focus on die-cut inserts, yet the fair also sparked interest in going a step further: boxes made entirely of E.V.A.. An “all-E.V.A.” concept would ensure lightness, recyclability and a bold aesthetic that rewrites luxury-packaging standards. We have already started strength tests and are ready to partner with specialised converters to offer a turnkey service, from sheet to finished product.
